The ideal person will preferably have general office experience and be computer literate with good organisational skills. Good communication skills with a pleasant telephone manner and the ability to take accurate messages. The employer will also consider a school leaver with an enthusiastic attitude who is looking to pursue a career in an office environment.

Responsibilities include- answering and distributing calls through switchboard and passing on messages in a timely manner. Meeting and greeting visitors to the office.
